Planning and executing an event such as this is a daunting task and although we have one of the best event planners in the industry, last minute registrations always present a challenge. When you register early, you allow us to plan and execute more effectively.

Special Pricing
Discounts for the 2015 Fall Conference are available for groups of 3 or more, alumni, organized affiliated groups, such as user groups, technology groups and more. For more information and or to receive a discount code please email with the following information:

  • Company you work for

NOTE: These discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company within a 24 hour period.

Payment Plan
We are excited to offer conference attendees the option of a payment plan. We are happy to offer you a payment plan of $99.00 per attendee per month. Please note that payments will be charges against your credit card on the 15th of each month. For your final payment we will charge the entire amount if the remainder of the payment is $20 more than a regular payment. If you would like to use the payment plan option, please indicate this during your registration.

All requests for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to Requests must be received by the cancellation deadline to qualify for a refund. A cancellation-processing fee of $50 will be charged for each cancellation request. After September 1st, we can only refund 50% of the original paid fee.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration at the same rate to another person by notifying Jenny Hallmark of SMB Nation in writing by email, fax, or mail by September 15th, 2015.

Acts of God & Military Events

SMB Nation will apply your conference registration fees to a future SMB Nation event in case of Acts of God or military events including terrorism. SMB Nation is not responsible for refunding your travel and accommodation expenses.

Please note that the above cancellation policy is only applicable to the conference. All other cancellations need to be made directly with the company
